Gravy. One of the things that make my world go round.

This particular gravy is only possible after making my Apple Cider Pork Loin. You gotta have all those meat juices!

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups
    Cooking liquid from Pork Loin
  • 2 Tablespoons
    Water
  • 2 Teaspoons
    Arrowroot Powder

Instructions

  1. Reduce the liquid over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes. It's going to be bubblin' good now...don't be afraid!

  2. Mix together the water and arrowroot powder.

  3. When your cooking liquid has reduced by about half, reduce to medium-low heat and add your water/arrowroot mixture. Whisk until combined and cook for another 30 seconds to a minute.

The gravy will thicken even more as it sits.

    Enjoy!
